Our Story
Who We Are

Signal Sights was born from a simple but powerful idea: what if we could make the invisible electromagnetic spectrum visible and intuitive for anyone to understand? That question led us to the National Security Innovation Network (NSIN) Foundry program, where we collaborated with a U.S. Navy research lab to explore how augmented reality could revolutionize electromagnetic situational awareness.

What started as a proof-of-concept quickly gained traction. In a world where radio frequency threats are increasingly complex and constant, we saw a critical gap—operators and warfighters were relying on outdated, technical tools that required extensive training and interpretation. We set out to change that.

Through NSIN Foundry, we developed a lightweight AR platform that overlays real-time RF data into the user’s environment, turning complex signal intelligence into clear, visual information. Our technology allows users to detect, localize, and understand RF threats on the fly—no backend processing or technical expertise needed.

Signal Sights is more than a tool. It’s a new way of seeing, responding, and defending in a spectrum-dominated world. And our journey is just getting started.
Technology
Making the Invisible Spectrum Visible

At Signal Sight Technologies, we are redefining electromagnetic situational awareness by turning invisible radio frequency (RF) data into immersive, actionable insights. Our cutting-edge platform combines augmented reality (AR), AI-powered edge computing, and portable RF sensing hardware to deliver real-time, spatially contextualized RF signal visualization directly into the user's field of view.

Built for mission-critical environments such as military operations, infrastructure protection, and emergency response, our system overlays spectrum intelligence into the real world using devices like the Microsoft HoloLens. Operators can instantly detect, localize, and classify signal activity—including jammers, interference, and unauthorized transmissions—without needing a background in RF engineering.

Our proprietary signal processing algorithms run directly on-device, enabling low-latency analysis even in low-connectivity environments. This means actionable spectrum data can be accessed and interpreted in real time, whether you're on the battlefield, managing a disaster zone, or protecting critical assets.

Signal Sight’s platform is designed to be:
-
Lightweight and field-deployable
-
Intuitive and training-free
-
Secure and offline-capable
-
Scalable across defense and civilian sectors

We are bridging the gap between electromagnetic data and human decision-making—empowering teams to act faster, safer, and smarter in the most demanding conditions.
